PLEASE consider leveling up your services and offering headlight restoration to your customers.

It’s a natural add-on to the restoration services you’re already providing.

Partner with your customers. Make them feel like you want to care for their vehicle just as much as they do.

Headlight restoration is relatively easy to learn, doesn’t require a massive investment to get started, and can easily add another $150+ to your ticket.

Or… don’t charge them at all.

On a higher-ticket repair—hail damage, large dent repair, panel restoration—imagine handing the vehicle back with the headlights restored as an unexpected gift.

That’s unreasonable customer service.

You’re not just fixing a dent anymore. You’re looking at the vehicle as a whole and asking:

“What else can I do to make this customer feel taken care of?”

Learn another skill. Add another service. Increase your value.

And most importantly, take care of people. 👊⚔️

TWO WEEKS. YEARS OF GROWTH. ⚔️

What a killer two weeks.

From the moment George and Kerry walked into the shop, I could feel how seriously they took this investment in themselves. They didn’t just show up for training—they showed up ready to WORK.

They gave me their focus. They gave me their effort. They asked questions, took correction, made adjustments, and put in the reps. We operated from day one with the expectation that we were building toward a professional level of performance.

Before they came out, they had already talked between themselves about what they hoped to accomplish. If they could leave a little better than they came in, they would consider it a win.

They didn’t leave a little better.

The amount of growth I watched happen in these two guys over just TWO WEEKS is the kind of development I’ve seen take some technicians YEARS of trial and error to figure out.

And that’s what happens when good information meets serious effort.

They earned every bit of their progress.

I’m extremely proud of these two—not only for what they accomplished here, but for the technicians I believe they’re going to become. And the cool part is, our relationship doesn’t end because the two weeks are over. They’re now part of an ongoing network and community built around continuing to sharpen this craft together.

And keep your eyes on these guys for another reason…

They’ve got some PDR tools in the works, and after hearing and seeing some of the ideas they’re developing, I think they’re going to bring some VERY creative things to this industry.
