During an engine-bay inspection on a previously documented 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan repair, we discovered a broken mounting tab on the air intake resonator.

After explaining the problem and receiving customer approval, we replaced the damaged unit and checked the intake assembly for proper fitment and secure mounting.

🔧 Completed repair: 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan — Air Intake Resonator Replacement

During a routine oil change and engine bay inspection, we found a broken mounting tab on the air intake resonator. We explained the issue to the customer, who approved replacement.

The damaged unit was removed, the replacement installed, and the intake assembly checked for proper fitment and secure mounting.

Routine inspections can catch small problems before they lead to movement, vibration or damage to nearby components.

1996 Honda Accord No Crank No Start diagnosis.

The magnets are in and installed on one of our service trucks. We are thinking about designing a website next to help our clients get their requests in easier and quicker.

Completed a Ford 4.6L spark plug thread repair on cylinder #4 after finding the threads damaged/stripped.

This repair was done using the proper in-vehicle thread insert repair kit & procedure. The spark plug bore was inspected, cleaned, repaired with the proper thread insert, secured with red Loctite, and the spark plug was torqued to specification. All metal shavings/debris inside the cylinder were blown out, and the engine was manually rotated afterward to confirm there was no binding, interference, or abnormal resistance.

The borescope pictures are a little difficult to see clearly, but the repair procedure was followed to a T from start to finish. Will add better pictures once we pull them from the borescopes SD card.
