Beautiful day to spray! These warm temperatures promote creeping and migrating of the product, getting it into all of the unseen areas that are prone to rust. This is the optimal time of year to apply oil / lanolin based products as it gives it plenty of time for migration and exposure to dust. Dust adheres to the product giving it extra durability, helping it stay in place for when winter strikes!

This sweet little machine came in yesterday for its first treatment of V3 lanolin based undercoating from NHOU. A slight descale was needed and everything sprayed in black per the customers request. All of Koski's Collision & Custom Ctr Llc vehicles are unique in some way!

Many newer vehicles are full of underbody shielding. While this does create a slight price increase for our services, they offer a great level of protection for your oil undercoating. Exposure to rain and snow are what cause the most wear to oil based coatings. You can rest easy knowing we are paying extra attention to detail to ensure your vehicle is being properly protected. After leasing our current location for 4 years, we are thrilled to have purchased a building of our own! We hope to be operating in our new location (formerly Auvinens Service Center) in May. I think we can all agree that the factory wax coating on GM frames is a poor design.

It cracks, allowing moisture to get beneath it and the rust starts to grow!

The only thing worse than this?! Repeatedly coating OVER the started rust with a hard coating! This is NOT what a 6yr old vehicle should look like!

Oil based coatings will never trap moisture and cause these long term negative effects!

Here's a great example of what you don't want to do.

When you cover up rust with a solidifying product it becomes a rust growing habitat.

Instead, descale the loose rust and treat it with an oil based coating (like NHOU) that will draw out / displace moisture and keep the oxygen away.

You, and or the next owner will be much happier with the long term results.
