Delivering a Tent today May 10th at Metepec
Sometimes the customer doesn't trust but that doesn't mean we are SCAM
They have tried to hurt our business, but we will keep working, sometimes the customer doesn't understand the delays in packaging, they don't realize that most of the leads generated are CHEAP, we give an approximate date of delivery, but packaging has its own logistics.
We also understand that it is our responsibility to stay on the lookout until the package arrives, that is very CLEAR.
Clients who have tried to damage our work, do not tell everything that happens in their conversations, sometimes it is understood that they want to return the product, BUT ASK US TO FIRST DEPOSITS YOUR REFUND AND LIEGO SEND US OUR PACKAGE, we will never agree to those conditions, if they do not they send us our Product, it will be difficult to burn them because of the situation.
In the end we try to ignore and move on, although we have been affected a lot in our work WE ARE NOT PEOPLE WHO GIVE UP, we have family, workers and ourselves who depend on our work.
