The manifold can change shape when you take it off, and we end up having to replace them. Keep this in mind when you taking your Cummins in to get repaired, because you might need an extra repair that you didn't plan for. ⚠️

Don't assume when you have an after treatment problem that it's a sensor or a problem with the filter, because sometimes the issue is with the engine itself. ❌

This is why you NEVER ignore a check engine light on a diesel engine. ❌

A stuck-open injector on this 6.7L Power Stroke literally melted a piston, and the driver kept going. Diesel engines are tough, but they aren't invincible. Lack of basic maintenance will always catch up to your wallet. 🚫

Don't wait until you're replacing the whole engine. Pull over, call your mechanic, and get it checked before it turns into a bigger problem.
