They brought Dad’s 1960 Cadillac Coupe DeVille back to life for ONE FINAL family drive!

This incredible time capsule had been sitting in a garage just a couple of miles from our shop. The family didn’t bring it to us for a full restoration. They simply wanted it running and driving again so they could take it by their father’s grave, put the grandkids inside, and capture a few meaningful photos.

We completed the work needed to make it safely drivable while preserving the history and character that make it so special.

After the family’s final drive, this Cadillac may be ready for its next chapter.

How often do you see an original dual-quad 409, four-speed 1962 Impala these days?

It’s the legendary configuration the Beach Boys sang about in “409.”

This one belongs to a customer and friend who spotted it while doing a water-heater job at the home of the previous owner’s widow. He went there as a plumber and unexpectedly came home with one seriously cool car.

It looks like it may still have a lot of its original paint and could potentially be rust-free. It’s here for some engine issues, so we’ll be getting it under the hood and sharing more soon.

Every shop has a story.

This old time clock isn't here because it works. It's here because it reminds me where everything started.

My dad owned a security and locksmith business called 21st Century Security. When I was a kid, he'd bring me to work on Saturdays, lift me up, and let me punch the time clock. It was his way of teaching me that nothing comes without hard work.

Years later, after he passed away and the business was sold, I tracked this time clock down and promised myself that if I ever started my own company, it'd have a place in it.

Nearly 18 years later, it's still here, reminding me where I came from and why I started.

21st Century Performance is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team. We are hiring for part-time or full-time positions.

Responsibilities:
🔹 Organize, manage, and catalog shop inventory
🔹 Research automotive parts and applications
🔹 Photograph parts and vehicles
🔹 Create and manage listings on eBay, OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, and other online platforms
🔹 Package and ship sold items
🔹 Assist with parts sourcing and ordering
🔹 Help maintain an organized and efficient workspace

Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
✅ Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicles (classic and performance experience is a plus)
✅ Experience selling on online marketplaces preferred
✅ Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
✅ Able to work independently with minimal supervision
✅ References required

I was 13 years old when I bought my first car, a '66 Chevelle SS. I saved up $2,500, and my dad helped me bring it back to life in our driveway.

Looking back, I had no idea that one project car would turn into a lifelong passion and a career.

Just moving some cars in and out of the warehouse today. It's a mix of personal cars, customer builds, and cars for sale. Every car has a story, and every one represents years of hard work, memories, and late nights in the garage.

It's pretty incredible to think it all started with that one Chevelle.
