We are a full service hot rod shop dedicated to high-end classic vehicles. Thank you for your interest in Hot Rod Specialties. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and let you know more about the capabilities of our team. With over 100 years of combined experience our team specializes in everything from general maintenance, full nut & bolt restorations, pro-touring, resto

mods, custom interiors, chassis and suspension, paint and body, custom header and exhaust fabrication, and even full custom turn key builds. We treat each car that comes into our shop as if it were our own. We have all owned and restored our own muscle cars and hot rods. It is because of this, that we understand the things you are going through on your classic car and are here to help you every step of the way, no matter how big or how small. Every aspect of work is performed in house, from tear down, body and paint, interior, to perfect reassembly. The only thing we do not do in house is internal engine work, we feel that is is best to leave that to the people that specialize in that. Although, we have aligned ourselves and work closely with several high quality machine shops and engine builders and can make recommendations depending on your individual needs. Customer care and attention to detail shows when we are finished. You will be polishing your pride and joy for many years to come, so we want you to know without a doubt that we provided the highest level of craftsmanship possible. Whether it is a simple tune up, installing Vintage Air, custom fabrication, paint and body, a new interior, or a full restoration, we would be happy to help you with your next project. If you have any questions, please contact us at 317-802-7762.

One of our longtime clients switched the radiator in his car and asked about making a new shroud for his fan. Wade made this one for him in no time at all. Fits perfect and will help keep his Shoebox Ford cool.

If anybody is interested in a 1967 Pontiac Tempest roller let us know.

We began stripping this car and found the work that was done previously was horribly done and needs redone. It needs quarters, decklid (the decklid could be fixed), some floor repairs, outer wheelhouses, and the doors and fenders have patches. Doors, fenders, and inner fenders have been stripped and epoxied, but needs repaired.

Our client has decided not to move forward with the project, so it is for sale. It will be the shell on a rolling chassis (cragars not included), the whole interior minus bucket seats, all trim except front bumper, all glass, no drivetrain. Comes with new tailpanel.

It was actually a really nice looking car until we found how bad it really was. Trim and interior are in good shape. Has direct fit aftermarket gauges in the dash (I believe they're Classic Instruments).

It started life as a tempest, but was dressed as a GTO when it was "restored" 20 something years ago.

$5500 obo. It's not on marketplace yet, we figured we'd just throw it out like this first. Call the shop 317-802-7762 if interested.

Whoever buys it can take it as is or, we can do any all work you want to it as it's already here and in line for work.

Alice, the 40 Chevy truck, got to home today. She's been here a while and took longer than planned because of various delays on our end. But man, she came out awesome, and the family was extremely happy to pick her up this morning.

We finished up this killer Chevelle for our good buddy, Gary, a few years ago and just had it back in for a few tweaks, and some new 4.10 rear gears. This is one fun car a Chevrolet Performance ZZ502, tremec 5 speed, Wilwood Disc Brakes and MSD Performance Atomic EFI all made to look very factory can't be beat.

I really hate to do this, but we are out of options. Does anybody know how to get a hold of somebody at ? We're installing one of their 8 stack injection kits and the supplied throttle position sensor doesn't fit. We've been calling and emailing for weeks with no returned called or emails. We did get through once and was on hold so long the hold timed out and diconnected. We've tried multiple different sensors and cannot find one that fits. This is our first time using anything from Speedmaster and so far, it has not been a good experience.

The computer and harness they use if from a different company, who is well know and has great products. They have been nothing but helpful, but the one they normally use is not what Speedmaster is using for some reason.

Please share and comment away so maybe we can get their attention and resolve this issue!

Speedmaster, if you see this, it's 5:55 Eastern time July 16th, we are leaving the shop for the weekend in 5 minutes, please give us a call Monday or email to [email protected] Thank You!
