Teams will rack up points throughout the day by competing, moving and participating in wellness activities across the event.

🧘 **Pilates & Body Lab Classes**
👟 **Fall Creek Trail Walks & Runs**

This isn't just about who can run the fastest or make the most baskets!

Teams can earn additional points by participating throughout **28th & Wellness**, including:

• Getting a massage or assisted stretch
• Participating in Wellness Row activities
• Taking Body Lab classes
• Walking or running the Fall Creek Trail
• Shopping the Wellness Bodega
• Using HSA/FSA dollars on eligible wellness purchases
• Visiting community resource booths
• Supporting participating small businesses and vendors

# # # 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 WHO CAN COMPETE?

Teams may include **2–8 people from the same household.**

To keep this a true **Family-Style** competition, each team must include at least:

**1 adult + 2 children**
**OR**
**2 adults + 1 child**

We're BACK... Finally!! If you've been locked in with Body Mechanics Health and Wellness, you know it's been a while since we've last hosted one of our community wellness events. We've spent the last 2 years dreaming even bigger, and we're excited to finally share what's next. On Saturday, September 5, we're transforming our corner at 28th & Central into something Indianapolis has never experienced. Introducing the 28th & Wellness Service Vendor Market. This isn't a health fair. This is a one-day wellness district. Imagine spending an afternoon exploring local wellness businesses, participating in movement classes, discovering new products in our Wellness Bodega, experiencing hands-on recovery services from licensed providers, enjoying family-friendly activities, and connecting with a community that believes feeling better should be accessible, engaging, and fun. As a valued Body Mechanics patient, you're hearing about this before our public launch and are getting first dibs at access to this event.
