The picture below shows a customer's vehicle that was brought in for airbag system repairs. 🔧
The customer mentioned that they had someone else repair the front seatbelts. 😓
However, after diagnosing and inspecting the vehicle, we found the seatbelts were in bad shape. 😖👎🏼
It was clear that someone had attempted to fix them incorrectly, which led to vital parts being missing and the seatbelts being faulty and unusable. ❌
Unfortunately, the customer ended up spending hundreds of dollars without getting the issue resolved. ☹️
