This post is very hard to write. We want all of you know that we have sold our business and retired. With that said, we have been purchased by Ge**er Collision & Glass. We feel confident that they were the best choice to take over our location and serve you as we have served you. They have retained all of our employees and added some new ones. Please call if your in need of an estimate or to schedule repairs.

Haywood's Auto Body will be closing today at 12:00 for an employee function. Although we will be here, no estimates today but available for scheduled pickups only. We will also be closed on Fri, Dec 31st and will reopen on Mon, Jan 3rd normal business hours.

Haywood's Auto Body is fully open for business. If you need an estimate, they are free of charge and usually only take approx 15 min to receive a damage estimate. We fully comply with the continuing COVID-19 restrictions. Masks are worn for our customers safety and we comply with sanitizing procedures so as to have a safe and clean enviroment for our customers and employees. We would love to help you with your collision repair needs. We are open from 7:30 - 5:00 M-F. Closed on Sat and Sun. If you have any questions, please call 704-821-0737.

We here at Haywood's Auto Body are committed to our customers and want to let everyone know that we are fully open for business. As many of you know, certain restrictions are still in place, wearing of masks, sanitizing hourly and we will still do drive up estimates. Those of you who wish to enter our facility, our door is open, just keep in mind that a mask should be considered. We have complied with the COVID-19 requirements of sanitizing vehicles in shop for repair and when we wash your vehicle for pickup. We want to make our service to you easy and if that means picking your vehicle up from your home or business, within a 10 or so mile radius, we are here to help you out. We accept all insurance claims and of course customer pay, whichever it may be. If you are in need of an estimate our doors are open 8:00 - 4:30. Our business hours are 7:30 - 5:00.

Haywood's Auto Body will be closed on Monday, May 25th for Memorial Day Observance and will re-open Tuesday, May 26th. Normal hours

In an effort to protect you, our lifeline, and our employees, our most valuable asset, we are doing our best to comply with request from the medical and government officials during this time. From the COVID-19 outbreak, we ask that you please do not enter the building for estimates or vehicle drop-off for repair. We will be providing curb service at your vehicle. If possible, please remain in your vehicle, sound horn, or call (704) 821-0737. We will be right out to serve you. Instruction for waiting on rentals and completed vehicle pick-up will be given to customer by staff as needed. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your cooperation.😷

We know the challenges some of you are having with the constantly changing COVID-19 around the world, and our hearts and thoughts go out to everyone. We also know we have a commitment to each and everyone of our customers. As many of you know our doors are open, but that situation may change in the coming weeks and will do our very best to keep each and every customer informed if anything changes. As we cannot work from home with the type of repairs we do, it is necessary to try to keep our operations here in Indian Trail open. We sanitize all day long to try to help stop the spread of germs for our customers health and safety when visiting our shop.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic we are offering offsite estimates and pick up/delivery services for scheduled repairs within 20 miles of our shop. We will continue to run normal hours as of now, and we will keep you updated if that changes.😷
