NOW HIRING – Seasonal Dockhand
Location: Indian Shores, FL
Season: March 7 – August 15
Pay: $15/hour + Tips
Schedule: 4 Days Per Week (Weekends Required)
We are hiring a dependable, hard-working team member for our busy boat rental marina. This is an
outdoor, hands-on position. You will be on your feet, working around boats, customers, and water
every day.
Responsibilities:
• Clean boats thoroughly after rentals
• Fuel boats and track gas usage
• Conduct customer orientations (training provided)
• Greet customers and create a great experience
• Clean bathrooms
• Take out trash
• Keep dock and marina area clean and organized
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
• Reliable and on time
• Physically capable of working in Florida heat
• Friendly and confident with customers
• Detail-oriented and safety-focused
• Willing to work weekends
• Boating experience is a plus (not required)
