Fluid Friday! 😂
So for some time now ( probably about 5 years) I’ve been working on putting together a quality ATF for high performance transmissions!
I’ve tested additives and base stocks, had oil analysis done and countless hours testing in vehicles. Went a full year without changing the transmission fluid in my car after I felt it was good enough.
I’ve done this mainly as on freshen ups for customers I’m seeing more bushing, thrust, gear failures than we should imo.
Another reason was there is nowhere around me you can go buy a quality ATF without waiting on UPS/Fedex or Amazon which we all know is as reliable as the weather man anymore!
Then there’s that stinking a$$ hydraulic oil people use that fails faster than they change it not to mention when working on one of those units you can smell it a 1/2 mile up the road! lol
So I haven’t talked much about it as I’ve been very busy with life and work so making a post now. Have already went through the first batch and just got done getting another 55 gallons ready to go.
Now I’m not going to claim it’s the best stuff in the world but have seen real world benefits and increased mph with lower ET in some applications! It’s also a little harder to get hot along with it doesn’t fall off or go to s**t with the heat like the hydraulic oils and other ATF. It doesn’t stink either lol. But if you’re in the area
and need a quality ATF or one of my customers I highly recommend it.
Pm me with any questions, have it in 2.5 gallon jugs or 1 gallon jugs. This fluid also had properties required by sonnax, coan and other manufacturers for planetary gears.
