*Maintenance Technician*

Property Management company that specializes in acquiring and operating Manufactured Housing Communities, is seeking a self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented individual to join our winning team as a Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician. This position will combine hands-on general repair work and maintenance/grounds tasks.

Property Maintenance Technician Essential Functions:

• Routine maintenance of rental units and assisting in refurbishing of make-ready homes, including painting, cleaning, light plumbing and light electrical work
• Grounds keeping duties, including mowing, trimming, picking up trash
• Responding to on-call maintenance emergencies after hours
• Assisting Management and Maintenance team to ensure all duties are completed.

Our Property Maintenance Technician typically:

• Possess expertise or certification in one or more functional areas such as HVAC, electrical work, etc.
• Are able and willing to work independently or with other Maintenance Technicians on any and all tasks.
• Will be good stewards of the company’s assets — equipment, tools, supplies, etc.
• Demonstrate to our residents that we care deeply about presenting the most aesthetically pleasing and well maintained community possible.

Light PLUMBING & ELECTRICAL experience REQUIRED.
Medical Benefits and PTO Available.
Must have clean driving record
Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.

Country Club Manor is seeking a candidate to join our team as a Full-Time Property Grounds Keeper. Essential functions include:

•Complete grounds work, including mowing common areas, trash pick-up, sweeping curb and dumpster areas, planting seasonal flowers/mulch, and maintaining other property features

•Minor community repairs on an as needed basis

Skill Requirements:
•Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

•Ability to handle a fast-paced, varied, and busy work environment

•Ability to work alone, be self-motivated, and organized

•Ability to lift 50 pounds

•Positive teamwork attitude

•Willing and eager to learn
