With our current work volume at the shop and the staff we have in order to provide the BEST service possible we will be suspending mobile service. We understand this may be frustrating to some customers, but our main priority is servicing our customers with the best quality work in a timely fashion, and this was the way we could do this. Make sure to get up on your roof and inspect for any holes rips or tears, if you’re unable to get up there, give us a call and set up a free roof inspection .

We strive on customer service here at M53 we want to make sure we give 100 percent to all our customers but sometimes there is not enough time in the day so if we don’t get the chance to call you back or running a little behind on getting your unit in. We apologize. We are only human unfortunately, so Please be patient with us and know we care and understand this can be frustrating.

We have been very busy the last couple weeks trying to get campers in and out for the upcoming 4th of July holiday. It is all hands on deck in our service department so if we do not get to the phones we apologize.
