IFTMA We are dedicated to the preservation of single-track motorized use in and around our local area.

We work with the US Forest Service, the Bureau of Land Management, and the Idaho State Parks and Recreation. The Idaho Falls Trail Machine Association is a non-profit organization founded in 1982. We are one of seven chapters located through out the State with approximately 150 family members locally. We voluntarily maintain hundreds of miles of multiple use trail systems, not only for motorized u

se, but for non-motorized use as well. Over the last twelve years we have offered an educational program that teaches children the ethical and conscientious ways of using, as opposed to abusing our trail system. This year we have joined forces with the Idaho Parks and Recreation to certify young riders through the Youth Education Program. We have four certified instructors in our organization and we offer this free of charge. We have many rides and events planned every year and look forward to meeting and riding with new members every day.

🌲ISTA and MVTMA have become great partners on several projects over the past four years and this is our 3rd bridge together.
Not only do they have one of the best logos to explain their mission,🌲 ISTA has installed so many bridges since it's founding I have to use my fingers and toes to count them all!🤣😂

Bridge parts were flown in Thursday and construction began. By Saturday night the bridge was built! IFTMA was in charge of feeding approximately 30 workers for 6 meals. Weather was brutal most of the weekend!wind, rain, and snow made it tough for outside cooking!
