Contrary to the suggestion in the review, purposeless towing is not part of our operations. We meticulously coordinate with local authorities through radio frequencies to ensure that each tow is both authorized and necessary. Actively seeking unauthorized vehicles is impractical for us, as it would jeopardize our standing and that of the county, something we neither have the time nor the resources for.

Importantly, tows dispatched by the county are solely managed by the county, including contact and fee determination. We strictly adhere to county procedures for vehicle owner contact and do not have access to personal information for direct calls.

Additionally, we offer private tows where residents, businesses, or individuals can request towing services on a legal basis. Fees for private tows are set by our business, providing flexibility and tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of our customers.

Our tow yard is a secure gravel lot with regulated fees designed to cover operational costs while remaining fair to our customers. Despite any misconceptions, we maintain a commitment to transparency and fairness in all our dealings.

Our towing company has been quite busy this summer with numerous towing and recovery operations!
