Iberia Tire & Auto Inc. is currently seeking two qualified individuals to join our team: an experienced Auto Mechanic and a dependable Tire Technician. We are looking for motivated professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Position Responsibilities
Auto Mechanic Duties:
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain automobiles and light trucks
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance services (oil changes, brakes, suspension, alignments, etc.)
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately assess vehicle conditions
• Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks prior to returning vehicles to customers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Tire Technician Duties:
• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires
• Inspect tires and wheels for damage, wear, and proper inflation
• Perform tire replacements and patch/plug repairs
• Assist with wheel alignments and suspension checks
• Maintain tire inventory and ensure proper storage
• Provide professional recommendations to customers regarding tire safety and maintenance
Qualifications:
• Previous automotive or tire service experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Dependable and team-oriented
