Flash back 40 years.
Most of the time you look back at things you remember as being big, but when you see them now they are much smaller. Not with this snap shot I took from my riding video. I remember it as a small double that was super easy. Here it looks a lot bigger! LOL

Well this doesn't happen very often, but I was able to make a new deal with my supplier of my oil coolers. Cost will go back down to 2022 prices. I will have to buy in bulk but it's a big seller because of how good they work, of course that's impart is because of where I direct the 50* cooler oil to fix the problems with each different machine. Week 7 to the day of being sick and I'm 95% well, finally! Felt good enough to mow my lawns, now I need to spray the driveway to get rid of the weeds that took over. I know this doesn't matter to most, but I felt like I was living in a abandon house, it looked bad and that makes you feel bad. I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.😄

I wanted to see if I should start boring again so I did one of my cylinders first in case I messed up. I put one of my 502cc sleeves for my 350x in a 250 Big Red cylinders to see how it went. You have to take out about a half inch of aluminum as you can see by the base gasket. My production sleeve for the 425cc Big Red kit will shorter and 2mm smaller every where, but it will still have cooling slots. LOL Other then that I think I'll start back running customers cyl. the rest of the week.

Never seen this pic before, lining up for my first desert race, the Mint 100, had no clue, but finished 3rd behind the 2 Honda factory team that had 2 or 3 riders, I did it solo with no pit crew, no one but me at the race.

It's been 5 weeks to the day that I have been sick. I spent the last 2 day shipping out parts orders that built up. Today is the first day I started running machines, and I'm still not thinking right and I'm a little shaky, not fun!
I took the xr200/200x 247cc stroker pistons down from 14:1 to 13:1 where I think it has the best flow across the dome, plus it took off another 5 grams, super light!
I would also like to thank my customers for being very patient, it means a lot that you would wait on me this long, you are the best! It's going to take a little longer to get going full time on machining stuff, not ready to bore and hone yet. Again thank you for your patience, it's been rough. See less
