Hey evreybody, I recently received a bad survey From a customer I have no idea who they are. I have issues with our service department and chose to post their dislike on my page. Had that person look they would have realized it was not the Covert page. With this in mind when you have a complaint always ensure that it is directed in the proper place. If you don't pay attention you could actually harm someone. I brought that to this person's attention and here is the response that I got back. Not even an apology. He said he was changing the wording but that does not matter anymore the damage has already been done.
