Today we measured runout and balance on a pair of steer tires.
One tire required more weight but showed excellent runout; the other balanced with less weight but measured higher runout.
To ensure smoother steering, the straighter tire was installed on the driver side.
Every install is done with intention and commercial standards in mind.
