Communication is not just about what we say. It is about how we listen, respond, navigate challenges, and work together.

Yesterday, Accelerate Class 17 explored all of that (and more!) during Communications and Conflict Management Day at the Auburn University Research and Innovation Center.

From navigating difficult conversations and communicating through organizational change to lessons from the courtroom, improv exercises, and a hands-on team challenge, A-17 had plenty of opportunities to put their communication skills to the test!

The class wrapped up the day with a Leadership Round Robin, hearing from local leaders about their experiences navigating communication, conflict, and the challenges that come with leadership.

A big thank you to our speakers, volunteers, and hosts at Auburn University Innovation and Research Campus for making the day possible, and to Mazda Toyota Manufacturing for presenting Accelerate!
