Effective immediately, Locked In 4x4 and Customs has hired its newest team member.

Meet Rori.

Skills: sleeping, eating, yelling at the boss.
Certifications: none yet.
References: her mom.
Hourly rate: paid in formula and diapers.

She started onboarding this week, which means the rest of the crew is running on minimal sleep and maximum caffeine. Phones, texts, and emails may be slower than usual while we get her trained up.

Thanks for being patient while HR handles the new hire. Back to full speed soon.

Alabama weather doesn’t play by the rules. You can be soaking up the sun one minute and dodging a downpour the next.

We just wrapped up this install on a clean white Ford Bronco, getting it dialed in with a Bestop eTop. This thing is a total game-changer for North Alabama driving. Instead of pulling over to mess with latches when the clouds roll in, you just hit a button from the driver’s seat and you're covered.

We’re growing the crew!

Locked In 4x4 & Customs is looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time Off-Road Technician to join our team in Huntsville. We’re a family-owned shop built on actual trail experience, and we’re looking for someone who shares that same passion for the craft.

If you know your way around lift kits, suspension upgrades, and Re-Gears, we want to talk to you. We’re looking for someone who treats every build like it’s their own and appreciates the off-road culture of North Alabama.

The Details:
- Pay: $15–30/hr (depending on experience).
- BONUS: $1,000 sign-on bonus for the technician after 6 months!
- Projects: Custom 4x4 builds, performance upgrades, and trail gear.
- Culture: Friendly, hardworking, and transparent.
