This Ford F-250 owner wanted new spark plugs installed. He was shocked when the repair facility called him and quoted $5,000 to $10,000… from a new cylinder head to a new engine. Why? There was a broken spark plug that they said could not be removed without engine removal.

Good thing he got a second opinion. Took 2 hours to get it out but this customer could not have been happier to pay the couple hundred dollars parts and labor bill.

Persistence. Experience. We call it as we see it. 24 years and counting in this game!

This vehicle has the award for worst brake rotor I have ever seen. This is what happens when you continue to drive with brakes that are grinding. The customer eventually lost the brake pedal when the brake caliper finally blew out. Here at GDB AUTO we will always check brakes for free. Be safe out there.
