Welcome Griffin Engen Quick 9lbs and 21.5 inches

He joined us on February 2nd at 5:54AM

Beyond grateful and blessed him and mom are happy and healthy. .quick27 was the true superstar and doing this birth all natural. 6 hr labor.Grateful for for providing a space and amazing support and knowledge from there staff! The birth was intense but so incredibly beautiful! Excited to raise and to see this little man grow! Plus to do it with my wife and family and friends alongside.

Big thank you to for being here and supporting and watching the current kiddos doing the birth. :)

It’s only been 32 hours, but I am already feeling the gratitude of one of life’s greatest gifts!

2025 was a year of new foundations and meaningful beginnings. I married my best friend .quick27 , created a new life together, and took the leap into starting my own business. I traveled to Europe twice, watched my best friend get married, and experienced both loss and love saying goodbye to Jack 🌈, welcoming Juine 🐾, and adopting Momo. I pushed myself physically, hit new fitness goals, ran 5Ks, and found fulfillment in helping charities that matter to me. I built new relationships, deepened old friendships, and grew alongside an incredible community. As I look toward 2026, I’m excited to see the seeds planted continue to grow as I tend to the garden of life and the people around me

From raising cows and chickens in the Minnesota countryside. To raising a family in Southern California, to owning and growing a real estate empire in Arizona!
