Things can get busy at Space City Toyota, but we always find time to make a little room for fun. 🎃👻

Our 3rd Annual SCT Costume Contest brought out plenty of creativity, laughs, and friendly competition as employees across the dealership showed off their Halloween spirit. Events like these give our team a chance to step away from the day-to-day routine, connect with coworkers, and enjoy the personalities that make Space City Toyota such a unique place to work. 😏

Building a strong culture takes more than working toward shared goals. It's about creating an environment where people enjoy being part of the team, celebrate one another, and make time for the moments that bring everyone together. Even in a fast-paced dealership, we believe there's always room for a little fun along the way. 🚀

We're proud of the team we're building and the camaraderie that continues to grow across every department. At Space City Toyota, we work hard together, celebrate together, and apparently, we dress up pretty well together, too! 🕸️🙌

Want to experience the people and culture that make Space City Toyota special? Stop by and meet the team! 🚗

Some people wait for something to do. Others see an opportunity to make someone's day a little easier. 😂

At Space City Toyota, our Sales team knows that finding the right vehicle is about more than picking something that looks good on the lot. It's about understanding what matters to you, knowing the ins and outs of the lineup, and helping you narrow down your options without making the process feel overwhelming. 😮‍💨

Whether you have a list of must-haves, a few questions about the latest features, or absolutely no idea where to start, our team is happy to walk you through it. No question is too small, and you don't have to be an expert on cars to find one that fits your life. 🤝

Apparently, having a little free time around here can turn into a pretty productive day. 💯

Meet Matthew Higdon, Space City Toyota’s CRM and Hiring Coordinator, and someone who brings a whole lot more than a new title to the table. 🤝

Matthew has spent years in the automotive industry, gaining experience across multiple departments with both Ford and Toyota. He understands that a dealership is more than the vehicles on the lot or the numbers on a board. It’s the people behind the scenes, the teams working together, and the relationships that keep everything moving in the right direction. 🚀

Now, he’s bringing that experience to Space City Toyota, where his role centers on two things that matter to the long-term success of any dealership: building strong relationships and helping bring the right people onto the team. His background gives him a firsthand understanding of how different departments operate and how much the right people can influence the entire customer and employee experience. 🙌

Outside of the automotive world, Matthew is also a licensed chaplain, bringing another dimension to the way he connects with and supports others. It’s a unique combination of industry experience and a people-first perspective, and one we’re glad to have as Space City Toyota continues to grow. 😄

This October, our team gathered at Chuy’s for another Heart & Hustle lunch to recognize the people who make a difference across every corner of Space City Toyota. 🚀

These nominations go beyond recognizing a job well done. They celebrate the individuals who lead by example, support their teammates, and consistently make a positive impact throughout the dealership. 🙌

Leadership doesn't always come with a title. Sometimes, it's found in the person who steps up when help is needed, the teammate others can count on, or the individual who raises the standard through their everyday actions. These are the people who help shape our culture, and their hard work deserves to be recognized by the entire organization. 💪

Heart & Hustle is our opportunity to celebrate those leaders, regardless of their department or position. At Space City Toyota, we know that great leadership can come from anywhere, and we’re proud to recognize the people whose dedication makes a difference far beyond their own roles. 🤝

Some employees have a side hustle. Others have a whole secret identity to maintain. 🕷
️
Dealership life moves fast, but that doesn't mean we can't have a little fun along the way. Between helping customers, keeping departments running, and handling the unexpected, there's never a shortage of stories around Space City Toyota. 😏

We take the work seriously, but we also know that a good team is made up of real people with big personalities, questionable decisions, and apparently some very specific extracurricular activities. 😂

Come meet the crew at Space City Toyota. We can't guarantee superpowers, but we can promise a team ready to help with your next vehicle. 🚗

A long time ago in a service bay not so far away 🤣

Being an automotive technician takes more than knowing your way around an engine. It takes experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to figure out what’s going on even when the answer isn’t immediately obvious. 🔧

Our Space City Toyota Service team works with all kinds of challenges, using their training, diagnostic equipment, and hands-on expertise to get to the root of the problem. The Force is optional. Knowing what you’re doing is not. 🧑‍🔧

At this point, we're all just one video away from questioning everything we see on the internet. 🤔

Between the group chats, random videos, and whatever the algorithm decides to show us next, there's no shortage of things that somehow become a five-minute conversation at work. ⏲️

And honestly, that's one of the fun parts of working with a big team. You can walk into the day expecting to talk about vehicles and somehow end up debating the authenticity of something that absolutely did not need to become a workplace discussion. 🗣️

Just another day of the internet keeping coworkers entertained. 😂

Come see what kind of conversations you’ll end up having at Space City Toyota. ☺️
