Customer complaint: Hydrostatic transmission has no drive forward or reverse.

Investigation: Broken drive pulley. Seized bearing this allowing the polymer pulley material to be worn away. Drive belt also worn down due to sharp surfaces on the broken pulley.

Solution: Replace pulley and belt with OEM Husqvarna parts.
