⚠️ WARNING: CUTENESS OVERLOAD JETTA UPDATE! ⚠️🐾

Since so many people have been asking about our sweet little Jetta, here’s a quick update! ❤️

Jetta is doing GREAT! She’s growing like crazy, living her best spoiled shop-kitty life, and of course, she and Spud are still the very best of friends. 🐱💕🐱

From being found under the hood of a Volkswagen to giving us one heck of a scare that one time when she got lost, this little girl has definitely kept us on our toes! 😂❤️

These days, Jetta’s life is pretty tough eat, sleep, play, get loved on, hang out with Spud, and repeat. 🐾

Our little Volkswagen surprise is happy, healthy, spoiled rotten, and loved more than she knows. ❤️

Service Advisor Cedar Falls :
We are adding to our team !!!!
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our Cedar Falls team. This position will work closely with our current Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service and help ensure the service department operates smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers and technicians.

Responsibilities include:

Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
Write and manage repair orders
Communicate recommended services and repairs to customers
Provide customers with updates on the status of their vehicles
Work closely with technicians and the current Service Advisor
Review completed work and explain repairs to customers
Help schedule appointments and coordinate workflow
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
Provide a positive, professional customer experience
Qualifications:

Previous automotive service or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Automotive knowledge is a plus
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within the automotive service industry.

🐾 (Cedar Falls location) Help Us Bring Our Shop Kitty Home 🐾

Many of you remember the sweet little kitten we found a couple of months ago hiding in a customer’s vehicle. We fell in love with her, and after seeing how well she and Spud got along, we decided she had found her forever home at The Shop Cedar Falls.

Tuesday night after shop closed, Spud managed to push open our service window, and before we realized it, both cats had wandered into the shop. While moving a customer’s vehicle the next morning, we believe our little girl crawled underneath a vehicle or got scared and ran out the door when we opened it .

She was wearing a purple collar when she disappeared. She also has the top part of one of her ears missing from an injury before we found her.

Our hearts are absolutely broken. We miss her so much, and we’re hoping our amazing customers and community can help bring her home.

💜 There is a $100 reward for her safe return.

If you’ve seen her or think you may have spotted her, please contact us right away. Even the smallest tip could help us find her.

We’ve always said we have the best customers around, and we’re hoping our Shop family will share this post to try to help bring our sweet Jetta home to be spoiled again .

Just an update…… My name is now Jetta and my new friend Spud in CF is teaching me how to live the shop cat life… I definitely chose the right car to hide in 🐈‍⬛🐈🐱
