Due to recent events MacArthur performance will no longer be discounting labor or taking any responsibility for the amount of time it takes to get backordered or special order parts nor will we take any responsibility for fixing any issues we deem as previous damage nor be held responsible if we choose not to fix it for any reason nor take any responsibility Brady possible issues you think we would not have known about because we didn't see it running before it was brought to us if it was not running and was towed to us we are only going to perform the repairs necessary to do the job we were actually paid for and it should be understood that we do take codes off every vehicle before and after and those are saved at all times and all conversations and happenings inside and around the shop are recorded 24 hours a day and stored for 3 months. Lastly any vehicle that leave this property is fully covered unless you refuse to allow us 2 see it and fix it ourselves where's my company will no longer take losses because we were the best deal and you think you can get a little bit more out of us all previous customers will be treated the same way they've come to expect and still take advantage of our loyalty program it's unfortunate we have to write this in stone and become just like all the bigger companies

In seven years in business we've only had two customers tried to destroy my reputation because they couldn't take advantage of us more than they already had we admit we have a reputation as being pushovers who will do free work just to make their customers happy we will take responsibility for s*** that's not our responsibility unfortunately because of two bad apples and seven years we are still going to continue this practice at our discretion because our customers getting the best bang for their buck and leaving happy is our number one priority but if you state there's a problem in refused to bring the vehicle back so we can verify it and actually see it and have a chance to do a complete walkthrough with you we will no longer negotiate a lower price for things that are not our problem nor will we be responsible for those problems we stand behind everything we do and we will continue to do so but from here on in if we feel like someone is going to take advantage of us or abuse the services we offer or the stuff we throw in just because it will save a headache later we reserve the right to refuse anybody business we reserve the right to have any vehicle towed out of our shop before repairs are complete or for any reason deemed abusive at the customer's expense will the pill reflecting the work that has been completed before we will release it

A i lawyer's request I will also add every customer comes to our shop should know and understand that there is 24-hour audio and video surveillance 7 different angles inside and outside the shop there are no conversations nor interactions nor work that is not done on camera and all video in audio is saved for 6 months before it is automatically deleted but from here on in we will be storing all events footage for two years

Been a rough few months but parts are getting easier to find , shipping is picking.up and my backlog is finally all caught up now taking new appts , and WILL NO LONGER BE OPEN TO WORK WEEKENDS REGARDLESS .... shipping the last one now ....

When contacting me about customizing your bike or car or truck whatever, you should assume what you want i can do, or I wouldn't advertise it, everything I own is built in house , without getting mad and calling me greedy. Realize my imagination and ability is dependent on your budget and what your willing to spend , angry messages calling me greedy will not change that 2000.00 wheel set to the 700 you think you should pay as I don't charge for parts i dont mark them.up unless I have to spend hrs to find them ,and their price tag is not a reflection of my ability.... im not sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
