I would like to nominate Ernesto, for Employee of the Month because of his reliability, teamwork, positive attitude, and tremendous growth. He is someone the team can consistently count on, and he is always willing to step in and help his coworkers when needed.
He originally came from a sales background and has made the transition into the service side of the business. Since making that change, he has shown a real willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in his new role. He continues to become more confident and knowledgeable every day, and his hard work and progress have not gone unnoticed.
Outside of work, he is also in an exciting new chapter of his life. He has recently welcomed a new baby and moved into a new apartment. It has been great to see him genuinely happy and thriving both personally and professionally. Even with the added responsibilities that come with these major life changes, he continues to be reliable, hardworking, and committed to his team.
His journey from sales into service, along with the improvement he has shown, makes him especially deserving of recognition. He is a great example of someone who has embraced change, continued to work on himself, and become an increasingly valuable member of the team. For all of these reasons, I believe he is very deserving of Employee of the Month.
