This heat exchanger failed and swapped out all the coolant for saltwater in the engine. Keep your aftercoolers and heat exchangers cleaned and regularly serviced.

Rebuilt another 2 aftercoolers just before they were about to let saltwater into the engine and before they were to far gone to be pulled apart. Regular Preventative maintenance saved these two aftercoolers.
