Another Satisfied Customer ‼️‼️‼️

What a story this lady had. She was a previous customer and she had recently totaled out her vehicle 🚗. Prior to that she had lost her mother 😢 She had such great spirits I had to make sure I took care of her. She reached out saying she needed help getting into a vehicle again but her credit has dropped due to taking care of responsibilities since her mother passed. I told her I completely understand and I know how life can go, come see me so I can make it happen. We were working on her approval and she mentioned to me that she applied for a full time job and been waiting for them to call. As we finally got her approved and agreed on numbers she answered her phone and started hollering. I looked at her and she said PJ I got the job 🙏🏽✅ Sometimes you never know what the next person is going through but be thankful because it always can be worse! She drove home happy to the max in her new Nissan Murano that she wanted 😤

This young lady was wanting to upgrade her current cross sport 🚘 she had and I was not able to make the numbers work 😞. So I told her don’t give up on me and wait a couple of months and come back and see me. She listened to me and held tight for a while and came back to give it another shot 🤞🏾. I was able to make it happen and she got the exact 2024 Cross Sport she wanted and the color as well. I believe in perfect timing 🕰️

This young lady came in with her parents saying that she is a 1st time buyer and wants a VW Tiguan 🚘. She originally wanted a pre owned because she did not think she will be able to get a new car. Fast forward ➡️ a couple of hours later she is happy driving off in her brand new 2024 Tiguan with no miles 🫡

This lady was walking the lot for 10-15 mins and nobody helped her. I so happen to see her outside walking so I approached her and asked has anybody helped you? She told me she has been to several different dealerships and I was the first person to ask if she needed help 🤦🏽‍♂️ She told me she was ready to buy with a check in her purse 🫡. I told her pick a vehicle and watch me make it happen ✔️ She choose a 2024 cross sport 🚘 and I made it happen with ease 💯

I love when a customer doesn’t think I can make it happen and they leave happy 🫡 This couple was skeptical about coming to the dealership even though they were in need to upgrade their vehicle. They had a older truck that was on its last leg and wanted a suv 🚘 I informed them about promotions we had going and to give me an opportunity to make it happen ✔️. They found a suv they loved and drove home happy with no complaints 💯

This couple came early in the morning just to look at vehicles because his wife has been checking out our large SUV’s 🚘. They had a vehicle they were currently driving but it was that time to upgrade. This young lady called the dealership and mentioned she just needed a vehicle 🚗 to get her from point A to point B and is not really picky. We found a time to meet that day to discuss options for her. As we were talking she said she never drove a new car and didn’t think she could get one that would fit her budget 🤔 I told her watch me work my magic and a couple hours later BOOM 💥 she drove off in her brand new Jetta excited 😊😤

This lady and her husband came in and said I have an ford explorer and I’m ready to upgrade 😎 I asked her a few questions to understand her needs and she told me I want the top of the line Atlas 🚗 I said that’s all 🤔 let me show you this Premium Atlas 😏, next thing you know she feel in love with the vehicle and the numbers easy‼️

I dealt with this customer several months prior and could not make the numbers make sense to him. I told him don’t give up on me and wait a couple of months then come back 🫡 He came back to the dealership checking out another vehicle 🚗 prior to the one he was interested in before. I worked my magic and BOOM he drove off in his brand new Tiguan HAPPY 😃 😤

This is my boy🤞🏾 I sold him a vehicle 3 to 4 years ago at another dealership I worked at. He always told me he wanted a Toyota Tacoma or a Toyota 4Runner. He had randomly hit me up and said he is ready to upgrade find him a vehicle. I believe in perfect timing because I just received a 2023 Toyota Tacoma 🚗 with 5k miles 😏 a day or two before. I told him I got what you want let’s make it happen 🫡 he said I’m on the way and BOOM 💥 drove home in his new 2023 Tacoma 💯
