NOW HIRING – SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR
Kozmic Motorsports is growing, and we're looking for an experienced automotive professional to help lead the front of our operation.
We're not looking for someone to simply answer phones and write repair orders. We're looking for someone who takes pride in organization, communication, customer experience, and helping a busy performance shop operate at the highest level.
If you're the type of person who enjoys creating order out of chaos, building relationships with customers, supporting technicians, and constantly improving processes, we want to talk with you.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
• Building estimates and selling maintenance, repair, and performance upgrades
• Providing exceptional customer communication from start to finish
• Managing repair orders and keeping customers updated throughout the process
• Scheduling work and helping maximize technician efficiency
• Ordering parts and working closely with vendors and manufacturers
• Coordinating workflow between customers, technicians, and management
• Assisting with warranty claims and problem resolution
• Responding to social media messages, emails, and customer inquiries
• Helping improve shop processes and customer experience
• Taking ownership of daily operations and helping the business continue to grow
We're Looking For Someone Who:
-Has previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor, Service Manager, or similar role
-Has outstanding communication and customer service skills
-Is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment
-Can prioritize multiple projects without dropping the ball
-Takes ownership and solves problems instead of waiting to be told what to do
-Works well with technicians, vendors, and customers alike
-Has a passion for automotive performance (Subaru, Mitsubishi Evo, Nissan, Haltech, MoTeC, etc. is a huge plus)
Compensation
**$24–$30+ per hour based on experience**
Higher compensation is available for exceptional candidates with extensive automotive service and performance industry experience.
