Bases loaded, 7th inning, Astros vs. Phillies, tied 1–1. Vasquez is coming up to bat, and Joe Espada decides to replace him with Yainer Díaz. Yainer Díaz strikes out, leaving the bases loaded. 🤦‍♂️ His career numbers with the bases loaded are reportedly just 1-for-5. Come on, Joe Espada! This is exactly the kind of questionable decision that has been hurting this team all season.
All year long, we’ve watched Espada make bad decisions—changing pitchers at the wrong time, replacing hitters when he shouldn’t, and making moves that are costing us games we should be winning. Enough is enough. It’s time to get rid of Joe Espada. His decisions are hurting this team and costing us wins. ⚾️
