Another great sniff from a K9 leads to seizure and arrest!

14 bundles of narcotics were discovered after a K9 alerted to a Chevrolet Malibu at the I-19 Checkpoint in Amado, AZ.

Eleven bundles tested positive for co***ne weighing 28 lbs. The three remaining bundles tested positive for methamphetamine weighing 3.3 lbs. A total of over $322,000 drug money off the streets!.

The driver was arrested and is facing serious criminal charges.

Agents working at a USBP immigration checkpoint recently stopped a drug smuggling attempt near Falfurrias, TX, with help from a canine team. Agents dismantled the hidden compartment and discovered 14 packages weighing over 40 lbs. of co***ne. The driver was taken into custody and is facing state drug charges.

Drugs concealed inside a car battery were recovered from a Houston-area pond. The suspect attempted to evade during a drug trafficking investigation by throwing the car battery into the water. Thanks to Houston Police Department dive team for assisting us with the recovery.
