2004 Porsche GT3RS | Dry Ice Blasted — One of the Most Collectible Porsches Ever Built Treated With the Precision It Demands 🧊🏁

Some cars are fast. Some cars are beautiful. Some cars are rare.

The 2004 Porsche 911 GT3RS is all three.

Built as the purest expression of what Porsche’s motorsport division could produce for the street — the GT3RS was never about comfort, convenience, or compromise. It was about one thing. The connection between driver, machine, and road that only a handful of cars in history have ever achieved at this level.

With production numbers that make most exotic cars look common — the GT3RS represents the pinnacle of the water cooled 911 era. A car that has only become more valuable, more sought after, and more celebrated with every year that passes.

When a car like this comes through our doors — everything stops.

30 Years of British Overengineering. Protected for 30 More. 1995 Land Rover Defender 110 👀🧊🛡️

There are very few vehicles in automotive history that transcend the category they were built for.

The Land Rover Defender is one of them.

Originally engineered for the British military, colonial farmland, and terrain that would destroy anything else on four wheels — the Defender 110 became something nobody at Land Rover fully anticipated. A legend. A cultural icon. One of the most recognizable and desirable vehicles ever built regardless of era, country, or automotive preference.

And the 1995 Defender 110 sits right in the sweet spot — old enough to carry the full weight of that heritage, young enough to still be used and enjoyed the way a Defender was always meant to be.

But 30 years of British roads, global adventures, and the kind of use only a Defender sees leaves a mark. And underneath this one — decades of accumulated grime, contamination, and the early signs of what moisture and time do to even the most overbuilt undercarriage on the planet.

We treated it accordingly.

🧊 Dry Ice Blasting
The only responsible cleaning method for a vehicle this valuable and this irreplaceable. CO₂ pellets accelerate at high velocity and sublimate on contact — pulling 30 years of packed contamination, road grime, and accumulated debris off every surface of the undercarriage with zero water, zero chemicals, and zero risk to original components, seals, or wiring that are increasingly impossible to source.

Every surface cleaned. Every seam exposed. Every area of the undercarriage visible and assessed for the first time in decades.

Let that sink in for a moment.

A 1973 Chevrolet Corvette with 25,000 original miles. One of the most collectible and carefully preserved American sports cars you will ever find. A car that has been kept, protected, and cherished for half a century by owners who understood exactly what they had.

And underneath — 50 year old factory undercoating that had been quietly failing for years.

Here’s what most people don’t know about failing undercoating — and why it’s one of the most dangerous things that can happen to a collector car:

When factory undercoating ages it doesn’t fail all at once. It fails slowly. It cracks. It lifts at the edges. It separates from the metal in ways you can’t always see from the outside. And in every crack, every lifted edge, every separation — moisture gets in. Sits against the bare metal. Works silently. And by the time you can see what’s happening from the outside the damage underneath is already done.

On a car with 25K original miles — that is not acceptable. Not on our watch.

This Is What a Laser Does to 25 Years of Surface Rust on a Land Cruiser Undercarriage 👀⚡

If you’ve never seen laser cleaning in person — watch this video all the way through.

Because what happens when a laser beam hits 25 years of surface rust on a Toyota Land Cruiser undercarriage is one of the most satisfying things we’ve ever put on camera.

Here’s the science behind what you’re watching:

⚡ How Laser Cleaning Works:
A high powered laser beam is focused precisely on the contaminated surface. The energy is absorbed by the rust, oxidation, and surface contamination — but not by the clean metal underneath. The contamination is instantly vaporized and ablated off the surface layer by layer with pinpoint accuracy.

— Zero abrasion — no grinding, no wire brushing, no sandblasting
— Zero chemicals — no acids, no rust converters, no st*****rs
— Zero moisture — no water, no steam, no risk of flash rusting
— Zero damage — the laser removes exactly what needs to go and nothing else
— Complete precision — we control every pass, every surface, every millimeter

🛡️ Why Prep Work Is Everything:
Protective undercoating is only as good as the surface it goes on. Apply it over rust, contamination, or poorly prepped metal and you’re sealing the problem in — not keeping it out. Moisture gets trapped. Rust keeps working underneath. And eventually the coating fails.

Laser clean first. Apply Dinitrol to bare metal. That coating bonds permanently and stays there.

This 1998 Toyota Land Cruiser came to us with 25 years of surface rust and road contamination across the undercarriage. After laser cleaning every surface was bare, clean, and ready. Then we applied Dinitrol protective undercoating directly to the metal — sealed, protected, and preserved for the next 25 years.

The before and after tells the whole story. Swipe to see it ➡️

The 80 Series Land Cruiser is one of the most sought after and valuable Toyota platforms on the road right now. If you own one — this is how you protect that investment properly.

Three Processes. One GX470. The Most Thorough Undercarriage Treatment We Offer 👀🧊⚡🛡️

Some jobs call for one process. This 2007 Lexus GX470 called for three.

When a vehicle comes to us for the full treatment we don’t cut corners and we don’t skip steps. Every process exists for a reason — and the order they happen in is just as important as the processes themselves.

Here’s exactly what we did and why:

🧊 Step 1 — Dry Ice Blasting
The foundation of everything that follows. CO₂ pellets accelerate at high velocity and sublimate on contact — pulling years of road grime, mud, grease, and surface contamination off every inch of the undercarriage with zero water, zero chemicals, and zero damage to components, seals, or wiring. This gets us to a clean surface. But not clean enough for what comes next.

⚡ Step 2 — Laser Cleaning
This is where we go deeper. After dry ice blasting removes the bulk contamination, laser cleaning targets what’s left — surface rust, oxidation, and stubborn residue that dry ice alone can’t fully address. The laser ablates the surface layer by layer with pinpoint precision, leaving nothing but clean bare metal behind. No abrasion. No chemicals. No heat damage. Just a perfectly prepared surface ready to accept a protective coating that will actually bond and last.

🛡️ Step 3 — Dinitrol ML Cavity Wax + Dinitrol 4941 Underbody Coating
With the surface completely clean and prepared we applied the full Dinitrol system —

— Dinitrol ML penetrates into every seam, cavity, and joint — displacing any remaining moisture and creating a waxy flexible barrier that seals from the inside out
— Dinitrol 4941 applied over the top as a professional grade rubberized underbody coating — bonding directly to the clean metal surface and creating a thick flexible barrier against road debris, moisture, road salt, and corrosion

Together they work as a complete system — ML sealing the cavities Dinitrol 4941 can’t reach, and 4941 protecting every exposed surface from the outside in.

The result is an undercarriage that is sealed, protected, and preserved from every angle — inside and out.
