In an industry where women are the minority, teammates like Ari don't let statistics steer them in a different direction. Ari is a collision repair technician that turned to the Technician Apprentice Program to help her sharpen her professional skills, learn the latest in automotive technology advancement and receive collision repair training that will propel her toward a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

In honor of , Caliber is proud to recognize our incredible teammates who have served and chosen Caliber to help support their transition to civilian life.

Chancey previously served as a paratrooper for the 82nd Airborne division. He wanted to transition to a rewarding career path as a civilian and chose the Changing Lanes program to develop skills that would benefit himself and those around him. Upon completion of Changing Lanes, Chancey became a full-time body technician at a Caliber Collision center where his ability to learn and grow with his teammates has elevated his level of confidence and security.

Changing Lanes is a Career Skills Program that supports active-duty military transitioning into civilian life by providing 15-week hands-on training for multiple program paths and guaranteed job placement upon completion. With the recent weather-related tragedies across the East Coast, Caliber is humbled to play our part in helping our communities. We’re proud to partner with the Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) Swift Water Rescue Program to enhance first responders' skills and safety and prepare them for events like Hurricane Helene.

Our collaboration ensures that these heroes receive the best training possible, and provides our talented students with hands-on experience through our Changing Lanes program. Together with Liberty Mutual Insurance and GEICO, we're contributing vehicles and resources to make these life-saving drills as impactful as possible.

Last week, Caliber celebrated the graduation of Changing Lanes Cohort 57 in Fayetteville, NC 🎉 This cohort was extra special as it included graduates for our newest program tracks with Caliber Auto Glass and our new collision technician program for Caliber Collision.
