Anthony upgraded from his saturn Ion to the Trailblazer he picked out. A simple call in to my dealer and I was able to capture the call, verify the vehicle was available, got it ready for him with a detail and tank of gas and he drove off with a new vehicle within a couple hours of his call. Sales is the business you go from a Hero to a Zero but this month I am happy with winning both new / pre owned and overall sales of the store for October. I encourage everyone to change perspective on sales routines , speak to people differently , and respect your clients journey. Solving problems and providing the transportation needed for people to go further with their life is what I enjoy the most; next up is getting to drive some cool cars as my favorite past time 😎 There is a passion in the business and when you get a taste it keeps you there.
