INTOXALOCK is back up and working. If you received an extension please come in and get your re-calibration.

Intoxalock is still trying to restore all operating systems but as of now we can still not do Installs. If you are needing a calibration I believe that system is back up and running but if not we will still be able to give a 10 day extension.

Intoxalock is still down but we can do the 10 day extension if you come in so that your vehicle does not shut down.

Intoxalock UPDATE: The intoxalock systems are still down but if you are in need of a re-calibration we are now able to give a 10 day extension. Please come in and get your device extended so you do not get a locked out vehicle.

To all of our Intoxalock customers. Intoxalock is currently investigating a cybersecurity event that was recently identified impacting our ability to service our customers. We can not do anything including calibrations at the moment. We will post when intoxalock is back up and running.
