BIG things are happening in Horse Cave! 🚛

Progress is being made on our NEW diesel and DEF fuel island, located across 31W from our existing station!

This new addition will give our big trucks a dedicated place to fuel up, while our existing station will serve gasoline customers.

Yesterday was another big step as our new diesel tanks were set in place! We don’t have an opening date just yet, but we’re getting closer!

We’re excited to keep growing and serving our community. Stay tuned!

Behind the Pumps: Meet the Tri County Family! 💙❤️

We’re kicking off a weekly spotlight to introduce you to the faces behind Tri County Auto & Oil! And who better to start with than Dodgie and Laura Meador?!

Dodgie is a proud Navy veteran, farmer, and businessman who knows what it means to start from the ground up. Coming from humble beginnings, he’s never been a stranger to hard work or determination.

Right alongside him is Laura! Raised on a family farm, she knows the value of hard work, family, and staying true to your roots.

Together, Dodgie and Laura purchased Bale Oil Company in 2011 and turned it into what we know today as Tri County Auto & Oil. What once served just 3 counties has grown to serve 15 counties!

When they’re not busy working or finding new ways to grow the business, you’ll likely find them traveling, hiking, or enjoying the great outdoors. But most importantly, they love spending time with their family, especially their three (soon to be four!) grandchildren!

Beyond the fuel trucks, pumps, and everyday hustle, they’re still two hardworking, small-town people who haven’t forgotten where they came from.

We’re proud of what they’ve built, the family values behind it, and the communities we’re blessed to serve.

Stay tuned each week as we introduce more of the faces and stories behind Tri County! ❤️

There’s a lot of hard work behind what we do, but there’s plenty of friendship, laughter, and moments like this, too.
