Kevin G came in with his 2014 dodge ram 2500 due to odometer stopped counting at 621,369 miles and if you know ram trucks they stop counting at that number because the cluster stores in kilometers and that is 999,999 KM and he uses this truck to haul brand new campers all over the United States and needs his odometer working in order to log them. He came by and filled out the required paperwork to file and got a brand new truck! 😂. Reset the odometer back to 0 miles and test drove it to ensure odometer is counting properly again! Kevin will I see you again in about 5 years to reset the odometer again??? 😂. Thank you Kevin for supporting small veteran owned business!

I have spent nearly the entire day returning phone calls, Text messages and page messages. If I missed anybody, please call me or shoot me another message. I’ve returned over 90 phone calls today replied to about 200 messages. I feel like I have everybody covered, but I’m sure I missed somebody somewhere!
Anybody that has packages here in the shop I have been pecking away at those and in contact with customers via text message. If you have not heard from me yet and you know your package is here at my shop rest assured within the next day or two I should have everybody’s outstanding orders and or packages completed! I’m hoping by Monday I should have all orders completed and back to the normal 24-48hr turnaround! Thank you all for your patience and thank you for supporting my small business! It means alot!

Hello FCRLLC Followers! I made it back from my vacation in chubbuck, Idaho first of all I was surprised to see so many rust free gmt800s around that area this was my first time on that side of the country!

I will start working on shipments that came in while I was gone this afternoon and rest of this week working on the backlog of orders/ship ins until I’m caught back up even if I have to work thru the weekend!

Owners will be notified via text once I start on their cluster/parts.

Please be patient as I do have a backlog of work to be done! Current turnaround is about 1 week until I’m fully caught up then turnaround will be back down to 24-48hrs as normal.

TOMORROW June 10th 2026 shop officially opens back up for phone calls etc.

I look forward to getting back into the swing of things! The vacation was MUCH needed!!

🚨 OPERATIONS ALERT 🚨

Fitts Cluster Repair LLC WILL BE CLOSED
28 May 2026 - 9 June 2026 and reopening 10 June 2026 for normal operations.

-I will be taking the first vacation since 2018 and no orders will be completed during those dates text/page messages will be replied to as I have time but no guarantee that you will get a response since I will be on vacation!

-Any packages that arrive during those dates arrangements have been made with a trusted friend to retrieve the packages and place them inside my shop for safe keeping!
