I can’t recommend Dean Ohana Rentals, LLC enough!

After being scammed by another private rental just before our family vacation, we were left without transportation and were worried our trip would be ruined. Even though Dean was already completely booked, he went above and beyond to make sure we had a vehicle. He was able to arrange a Bronco for the first two days and a Jeep for the remaining two days, which completely saved our vacation.

The vehicles were clean, reliable, and came with beach gear, and the included parking spot just a short walk from Hilton Hawaiian Village was an incredible bonus that saved us a significant amount on parking fees.

What impressed me most wasn’t just the rental itself—it was the customer service. Dean genuinely cared about helping us, communicated clearly, and went out of his way to find a solution when he easily could have said no.

In a world where it’s hard to know who to trust, Dean proved that there are still honest people who truly care about their customers. If you’re visiting Oahu and need a rental, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Dean O’Hana Rentals. We’ll definitely be renting from him again on our next trip.
