We’ve been sanding, sanding, and sanding some more to get Hawaiian Style prepped and ready for a fresh coat of paint. There’s a lot of work that goes into keeping her looking her best, and we’re lucky to have a crew that works hard together both on the water with our guests and off the water in the boatyard.

Boatyard days aren’t glamorous, but we definitely have a good time doing it together. 🛠️⛵️

We can’t wait to get Hawaiian Style back in the water looking fresh! For now, it’s back to sanding, painting, and getting her ready to get back out there.

Who knew there were this many shades of gray? 😅🎨

When the metallic silver we’ve used on the side of Hawaiian Style for years was sadly discontinued, we suddenly found ourselves comparing what felt like a hundred different grays.

Too blue. Too dark. Too light. Not shiny enough. 😂

Turns out, picking a new freeboard color isn’t as simple as it sounds… and yes, we probably overthought it. But when you love your boat, every little detail matters.

There’s a lot more that goes into running Hawaiian Style than what you see on our boat charters.⛵️🧰🛠️

Our whole crew puts in the work to take care of our catamaran Hawaiian Style from getting her ready for tours, to cleaning, maintenance, and days spent working together in the boatyard.

Every other year, Hawaiian Style comes out of the water for a full haul out, and it’s an all-hands-on-deck kind of job. It’s definitely not the glamorous side of the job, but it’s an important part of keeping her in good shape and taking care of the boat that takes us out on the water every day.

We’re lucky to have a crew that takes just as much pride in taking care of our catamaran as we do in taking care of our guests. 🤙

August was a pretty special month aboard our catamaran Hawaiian Style. 🌺🌊

Over the past few weeks, we’ve welcomed guests from across Hawaiʻi, all over the mainland, and around the world—from France, Italy, Hungary, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, and so many more places, to families visiting from every corner of the U.S.

Every Hawaii boat charter had its own story. We celebrated birthdays, bachelorette parties, company outings, family vacations, local staycations, friends reuniting, proposals, and one last adventure before school started. We spent our days snorkeling, sailing, swimming, soaking up sunsets, and making memories on the beautiful waters off Waikiki.

No two of our catamaran charters are ever the same, but every group becomes part of our story. Mahalo to everyone who chose to spend a piece of your Hawaiʻi vacation or your weekend at home with us. It was a month we’ll never forget, and we can’t wait to welcome even more incredible people aboard.
