Congratulations to Christopher on his new Honda NX500!

This is a seriously capable all-around motorcycle. The NX500 pairs Honda’s proven 471cc parallel-twin with an upright riding position, 19-inch front wheel, long-travel suspension and a comfortable, manageable chassis that makes it a great bike for putting in real miles around the island.

Light enough to be easy to live with, plenty of power for the highway, and built with the versatility to handle everything from the daily commute to getting out and exploring on the weekends.

Mahalo Christopher for choosing Cycle City Hawaii and trusting our team with the new ride. Enjoy that NX500 and ride safe! 🤙

Big congratulations to Vincent and his family on their new Honda Rebel 1100!

Always a good day when we get to hand over the keys to a new bike, and even better when the whole family gets to be part of it.

The Rebel 1100 is a great combination of Honda reliability, plenty of power, a low and comfortable riding position, and a bike that’s just as happy cruising around town as it is stretching its legs on the highway.

Mahalo to Vincent and the family for choosing Cycle City Hawaii. We appreciate your business and wish you plenty of safe miles and good rides ahead.

Big congratulations to Rodney on taking home a special one!

Rodney is officially the owner of the first Harley-Davidson Deadwood sold here at Cycle City Hawaii.

There’s always something cool about being the first, especially with a new Harley-Davidson model hitting the showroom.

We appreciate Rodney trusting our team to get him set up and becoming part of a little Cycle City history in the process.

Congratulations, Rodney! Enjoy the new Deadwood, ride safe, and we’ll see you out on the road. 🤙

7 cruisers. One 117 heart.

Every 2026 Harley-Davidson cruiser runs a Milwaukee-Eight 117.

Classic, Custom, or High Output, depending on how rowdy you want it.

From the stripped-down Street Bob to the FXRT-blooded Low Rider ST, there’s a version of this family for every kind of rider.

And two names worth a closer look: the Super Glide is back as a serialized limited edition, and Deadwood is an all-new, U.S.-exclusive blacked-out cruiser.

Which one is yours? Tag someone who needs to see this.

Congratulations to Brother Javaughn on the new ride!

Nothing beats the feeling of throwing a leg over a brand new motorcycle for the first time, and today Brother Javaughn is riding home on his new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R.

The Ninja ZX-6R has earned its reputation as one of the best middleweight sportbikes on the road, combining razor-sharp handling, a 636cc engine with a broad powerband, advanced rider aids, selectable power modes, traction control, and the confidence to perform everywhere from the daily commute to a weekend ride through the mountains.

We appreciate your service to our country and thank you for choosing Cycle City for your new bike. Ride safe, enjoy every mile, and welcome to the Cycle City family. 🤙

Tech Tip with Pete

If the lower fork legs on your Harley are starting to look cloudy, stained, or oxidized, they may not need to be replaced.

In today’s Tech Tip, Pete shows the process he uses to restore the finish. He carefully removes the deteriorated coating with a Scotch-Brite pad and WD-40, then brings the aluminum back with Semichrome polish.

Once the surface is cleaned up, Pete recommends applying a coat of carnauba wax to help protect the finish and make regular maintenance easier.

This removes the damaged factory finish, so the exposed aluminum will need occasional polishing and protection to keep it looking good.

Have a maintenance question you’d like Pete to cover? Let us know in the comments.

Honda’s E-Clutch is the thing everyone keeps asking us about, so here’s the real breakdown.

It’s not an automatic and it’s not a DCT. It’s a normal manual transmission where the bike works the clutch lever for you.

Two small electric motors and a control unit read your rpm, gear, and shift input in real time and handle the clutch better than a human hand can.

What that actually feels like:
Drop it into first and just roll on the throttle. No clutch, no stalling.

Shift up and down with the foot lever alone. The system half-clutches every change so it comes out smooth.

Grab the clutch lever whenever you want and it’s instantly a standard manual again. You can even switch the whole system off.

And if the electronics ever hiccup, it defaults straight to manual.

You’re never stranded.
Honda’s got it on the CB650R, CBR650R, Rebel 300, CB750 Hornet, and the Transalp right now.

New to riding, coming back after years off, or just done fighting the clutch in traffic? This is the one to feel for yourself.

Come down and test drive one. Wild, ain’t it?
