Happy Fathers Day from the Why Not Us Auto Spa family!
To all dads out there, keep showing up and keep being the best version of you for them.

I’m a big believer in you can do anything you put your mind to and I started Why Not Us Premier Auto Spa so my kids can take over once I’m finished. Starting them off with an entrepreneurial mindset so they know they don’t have to work a traditional 9-5 if they don’t want to. And teaching them things that schools won’t teach them.

This is the first Father’s Day without my dad and I think the biggest thing as a father is the lessons you teach your kids. I watched my dad work his ass off for years and always made sure to be there for sports games, important events or anything we had going on. I won’t say I wasn’t left at school a little longer because he forgot I had practice a few times. But running a business now I understand how hectic life gets and I’m much more appreciative of those moments. I’ll always show up for mine and continue teaching them everything I know in life.

A reminder for myself and anyone building a business:

Stick to your process.

Sometimes we get excited about a potential opportunity and make exceptions we normally wouldn’t make. We lower our price, adjust our terms, or bend our system because we think a bigger opportunity is coming.

But here’s the truth: your process exists for a reason.

Not every lead becomes a customer.
Not every promise turns into reality.
Not every “future deal” is guaranteed.

I’ve learned that it’s better to trust the systems you’ve built than to make emotional decisions based on what might happen.

Every setback is a lesson, not a loss.

Keep showing up.
Keep improving.
Keep serving your customers at a high level.
And most importantly, keep respecting the value of your work.

Stay focused. Stay consistent. Trust the process. 🙌🏾

As a business owner, for me personally small getaways are important to help me stay grounded with the week to week stress and variety of tasks we have to handle on a daily basis. Our favorite place is always the beach. Perfect time to relax, listen to waves crashing and enjoy some sun. Remember life is always going to keep going, Take a day and put some time aside for the people that matter. Work is always going to be there.
