Skully recently recovered from a broken hip he received last year 😂 But have no fear, HE IS BACK and feeling better than ever! Skully is now 36” and weighs 1.5lbs. Skully does not meet weight requirements for either seats but does make the cut off for height for the Forward facing harnessed seat. Skully should be 2” taller for High Back Booster.

Things to remember when using a Forward Facing Harness and a High Back Booster…

Forward Facing Harness:
*Harness AT OR ABOVE shoulders
*Chest clip on chest bone at armpit level
*Attach car seat’s Top Tether to Tether Anchor
*Buckle Both Chest Clip AND Buckle Tongues
*Harness straps snug enough not able to pinch

High Back Booster:
*Belt Guide just ABOVE the shoulder
*Shoulder Belt FLAT and CENTERED
*Lap Belt LOW and FLAT, touching thighs

How strong are you? Not strong enough. You’d need 500 pounds of restraining force to hold onto a 20-pound child when a car traveling at 25 mph comes to a sudden stop. Use an appropriate car seat, every trip.
