WHO ARE YOU?
You’re an “A” or very good production “B” level technician with at least five years of automotive repair experience and a valid drivers license. When we say automotive repair experience, this means that  the majority of what you do day to day is mechanical and electrical work on cars, SUVs and light trucks. You’re driven to be the best tech anywhere. When it comes to automotive diagnosis and repairs, you’re extremely confident that you can handle whatever rolls through the door. You’re comfortable using the scope, maybe even insist on using the pico scope and are proficient using scan tools and possibly even OEM scan tools. If you aren’t familiar with a particular system or circuit, you’re able to quickly learn, understand and adapt. You are a meticulous in your work making sure every harness is where it belongs in every bolt is installed. You have a positive can do attitude. When people come to you for help, you’re happy to assist.
Your passionate and as protective of your free time and family as you are about being the best. You believe in the work life balance so that you can create amazing memories with your loved ones. You want to work with some one that values not only your skills, but you as a human being.
