Over the last few years I’ve been studying a simple question:

Why is automotive service still one of the most fragmented industries in the world?

Most vehicle owners still operate in a transactional repair model:

• The data disappears after the repair

There is almost no continuity of vehicle lifecycle data, no predictive maintenance layer, and no structured service network built around the customer.

At QE Enterprise, we are building a different model.
