Over the last year we have lost so many of our beloved customers āreally the last 6 years. We lost another just this afternoon. It is so heavy on my heart to share with you that to us, you are so much more than just a customerā¦than a work order #ā¦than a transaction. You are family. You are friends. The beauty of being in a service based career is having the opportunity to build relationships with people. It is sharing stories about your families, celebrating births, comforting one another during death & sickness, praying for one another, sharing pictures of vacations, hearing funny stories, etc etc etc. Just within the last month weāve lost people to a tragic accident, a hard fought battle with cancer, and an unexpected death from sicknessā¦thatās just to name a few. While these are equally heartbreaking to their family and loved ones, they are also heartbreaking to us. We may be busy at times & unable to carry on a full blown conversation with you but please never doubt that you & your family are deeply cared for. Please pray for these families as they are navigating a new way.
