Recovering from our building fire in April 2025 has been quite a challenge. We lost almost 1/3 of our building and all of our fabrication and restoration tooling.

We have been working tirelessly to restore the building and bring Specialty Cycleworks back to full capacity

We now have our fabrication and restoration shop back and functional thanks to the help of so many in our community.
By 2026 we will be back to 100% functionality but just looking at these pictures shows the amount of effort we have put in.

We’d like to extend another thank you to everyone in our community and surrounding that has reached out and helped us through this rough patch

We are getting a lot of questions and visitors to the shop asking to see the damage.
Unfortunately due to the severity we are not open to the public yet and cannot provide tours of the damage in person

Thank you again to all of the first responders that saved the building and us as well as our contractors and especially Erie Insurance helping us recover from this mess

The fire was located outside the shop, behind the building in a burn barrel that unfortunately extended through dried leaves throughout the backyard of the property eventually igniting stacks of new tires and our used oil disposal tank ultimately burning the backside of the building

We are rebuilding and will be back to full operation within a few months

Thanks for everyone’s support and patience throughout this process

The damage was limited to the owners personal collection of bikes and projects and no customer property was harmed

Big news for PA state motorcycle inspections!
For those who know or didn’t know…PA motorcycle annual inspections weren’t actually an annual inspection, they were 8 month stickers and you could only get inspected April-October

Now your sticker is the same as a PA car inspection sticker that’s an actual annual sticker and you can get inspected anytime throughout the year…as long as we can test ride that day
