This position is a vital part of our day-to-day. The success and accuracy of the course of our daily business starts with the back of the house operation and the individual in this position. The associate will be responsible for plotting and cutting paint protection film kits to be used in the installation on vehicles.

Referencing the information provided on our instalation schedule, you will use our cutting software to load, adjust and prepare the vehicle specific kit for the order on the computer in preparation for the cut. Loading thr designated film roll onto the plotter to cut the pieces required for the kit, prep the film to be rolled, labeled, and prepared for the installer. Additional responsibilities include tracking spare kit inventory, splicing large film rolls into proper sizes, assisting in receipt of shipment and some invoicing and data entry.

Protective Solutions is seeking a Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer in the Holliston/Norwood/South Shore areas who will be responsible for the installation of PPF on any and all makes and models of vehicles. Installation includes washing, cleaning, preparing the vehicle. Installations are to conform to dealership and/or manufacturers specifications and time allowances. A PPF installer is expected to perform quality work without direct or continual supervision and be able and willing to work on all work assigned to him/her. The PPF installer will accomplish all objectives by supporting the values, philosophies and policies of Protective Solutions

Valid in-state driver's license with acceptable driving record One year of experience in an automotive dealership is preferred but not required (Prior PPF experience preferred i.e. paint protection film, window film, vinyl graphics, etc.) Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle excellent manual dexterity meticulous, clean and organized ability to communicate with multiple constituents strong follow-up, detail-oriented and organizational skills ability to read, analyze and interpret written information and instructions ability to work well in a team environment

Job Description:
Protective Solutions is a paint protection film installation company located in Holliston, MA. We are a leading vendor who provides clear bra/paint protection installation services to customers in the greater Boston/Metrowest, Southern NH, and RI area. Our primary customers are automotive dealerships, collision centers, and specialty shops.
This support position is an integral part of our company where you will be required to wear many hats; being responsible for a variety of tasks all of which are important to our day-to-day operations to function as seamlessly and efficiently as possible. This position reports to and is supervised by the company’s sales manager. In addition to supporting them, you will also perform duties assigned by the operations manager, company controller, and CEO as needed.
This position requires an individual that has excellent customer service skills. Organization, strong attention to detail and timeliness are a must.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Answering the main installation phone line.
• Receive phone orders for installation and quote requests.
• Prepare and send estimates to collision centers via Quick Books.
• Update daily schedule with new installations and order details.
• Prepare invoices for next day’s scheduled installations and send any requested invoices.
• Cross-check all installation requests for accuracies and obtain any additional information needed.
• Call customers to confirm daily appointments.
• Assist in kit cutting

Pay: Starting at $17/hour, commensurate with experience.
Schedule: M-F, 35-40hr/week
Benefits: 401k plan; Paid PTO.

After debadging the vehicle of its factory silver emblems we wrapped the complete exterior in our matte PremiumShield paint protection film. And then rebadged the vehicle with gloss black emblems for a nice sharp contrast.
